The Bendigo Health & Bridge Project was a pivotal undertaking aimed at enhancing the infrastructure of Bendigo Health. Our team was entrusted with the critical task of installing curtain wall glass paneling and soffit linings, key elements that contribute to both the aesthetic appeal and functional integrity of the project. This work was concentrated on two primary areas: the exterior of the car park expansion and the main thoroughfare bridge, which serves as a vital link between the hospital and the heli pad situated atop the car park.

The installation of the curtain wall glass paneling was meticulously executed to ensure not only a sleek, modern facade but also to provide the necessary durability and energy efficiency required for such a high-traffic facility. The curtain wall system seamlessly integrates with the overall architectural design, offering an abundance of natural light while maintaining thermal performance.

In tandem, the soffit linings were installed to enhance the bridge’s structural and visual cohesion. These linings were chosen for their durability and ability to withstand the elements, ensuring long-term performance with minimal maintenance. The soffit linings also contribute to the bridge’s acoustic properties, reducing noise transmission between the hospital and the external environment.

The thoroughfare bridge itself is a critical infrastructure component, facilitating rapid and secure transport between the hospital’s emergency entrance and the heli pad.
